Incentive, recognition, and promotion planning rarely get taught in schools, and yet considerable art and science go into effective program design. TJT combines years of experience with what works and doesn’t, an understanding of your business, along with the latest industry research to help you craft the most effective program for your objectives and circumstances.

Our design process begins with a situation analysis to determine your objectives; which people can help you achieve those objectives, and how; what you will need to do to change the necessary behaviors; and what kind of return on investment you can hope to achieve. This analysis includes gaining an understanding of your target audience and how you can move them to achieve your goals.

No two programs are alike. While the science of incentive program design lays out specific issues you need to address in each program (i.e., the reasonableness of the goals, the ability and willingness of people to do what’s necessary to achieve them, etc.), each program requires separate analysis to determine the opportunities to leverage behavior.

The program design specifies your objectives; the strategies, tactics, and actions that will be used to achieve them; and the means by which you will measure results.
